Return + Shipping Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at email@example.com with your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your return. We’ll reach out to you with specific instructions on how to return your item. Please note that Posh & Posies Boutique is not responsible for return shipping, and cannot guarantee that an item will be in stock in the event of an exchange. For specific questions or concerns, please email us.
Orders are shipped Monday - Friday, and purchases made before 2 PM CST are shipped the same day! All orders $75+ receive free shipping.
For local pickup, please allow 24 hours for us to fill your orders. If you need it sooner, no problem -- just shoot us a message & we can make it happen! When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a text or email with pickup instructions. When you pickup, it’s at your convenience -- your order will be in a bag labeled with your name on it!
Unfortunately, we cannot hold items so they can be fair game to everyone! Pre-orders and Clearance items are FINAL SALE.
